Our son Luke is a kind, determined 23-year-old who has a strong desire to live independently. As a young man on the autism spectrum, he’s made meaningful progress in his daily living skills, but he still needs structure, guidance, and support to take the next step into adulthood.

After a great deal of research and prayer, we found Beacon Transitions, a program that truly feels like the right fit. It’s designed to help young men like Luke build practical life skills, gain employment, and grow in confidence and independence. When we visited, he connected quickly with the residents and staff—and most importantly, he’s genuinely excited and ready for this next chapter.

The program is structured in phases: Phase 1 lasts about 12 months and costs $7,770 per month, providing a highly supportive living environment in a shared home where Luke will learn essential life and job skills. Phase 2 lasts about 6 months and costs $5,775 per month, as he transitions into more independent living with continued support.
