Over the past four years I have had roughly four surgeries and procedures eventually leading to a hysterectomy and a double-jaw replacement surgery.

The recovery process has taken longer than expected and uncovered some other underlying issues, which I am now addressing and consists of multiple weekly  physical therapy/doctor appointments with various providers for spine, pelvic floor, and head/neck pain specialists.

Any assistance provided, to help us through medical expenses, would be appreciated as many services are not covered by insurance due to the TMJ component.
