Bradley was born with Hemifacial Microsomia, a congenital condition that causes under-development of the lower jaw. Throughout his childhood and into adulthood, he has undergone numerous surgeries to address complications as he grew. Now, in his late 30s, he is holding onto the hope of finally having a functional jaw and teeth so he can enjoy something most of us take for granted — a proper meal!!

The first step in Bradley’s journey is repairing his upper jaw and establishing a viable foundation for future reconstruction. This is the first of three phases on his path to a new smile, improved health, and a renewed outlook!
