Brett and Jamie served faithfully with The Navigators (helping others know Christ and making Him known) for over 31 years. Brett learned his Community Relations ministry would no longer continue due to the financial state of The Navigators at the beginning of fall 2024. Brett and Jamie took their first ever sabbatical to seek the Lord for their next steps. At the close of their sabbatical in the spring of 2025, Brett was diagnosed with a terminal lung disease, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, and given a few years left to live.

With this unexpected news the Clarks have A LOT to trust God for in the days ahead. If the Lord puts the Clarks on your hearts and desire to help in some way, practical needs include assistance with: utilities, mortgage, automotive repairs, etc. as they adjust to a new normal.
