For over a year, Ed Itano courageously fought through an incredibly difficult medical journey following a double lung transplant. Throughout that journey, Amy and their daughter, Alexis, faithfully stood by Ed’s side—loving and supporting him, advocating for his care, and walking alongside him through the many challenges of his prolonged hospitalization. Amy continued working and caring for their family, while Alexis remained a constant source of love and encouragement for her dad.

Sadly, Ed recently passed away and is now with the Lord. After nearly a year of mounting medical expenses, reduced household income, and the financial strain of a lengthy hospitalization, Amy and her family now face the additional challenges that come with the loss of a husband and father.

Our hope is to come alongside Amy and her family during this difficult time and help ease some of the financial burden they are facing. Donations will help with medical expenses and everyday living expenses as Amy and her family grieve the loss of Ed and begin navigating the road ahead.
