Frances Zangari

My name is Frances, I previously worked in charitable programs at Merrill Lynch before becoming a stay-at-home mom.
Later, I spent many years as a Customer Service Representative at Saint Gertrude Cemetery, where I supported families during some of their most difficult moments. That experience taught me the true meaning of compassion, faith, and service.
I am blessed with a loving family—35 years of marriage to my husband Anthony, a wonderful daughter Cristina, a caring son-in-law Luis, and two beautiful grandchildren. I cherish being active, spending time outdoors, and making memories with my family.
Recently, I was diagnosed with a rare sarcoma in my left groin. While the tumor is contained, it involves critical nerves and blood vessels, requiring a complex 10-hour surgery. This will leave me with permanent nerve damage and limited mobility. Despite this, I remain determined to recover, stay active, and continue living life fully—including my dream of traveling to Italy.
As I face this journey, I may need financial support for medical care and recovery expenses. Any help beyond my needs will be paid forward to others.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story. I wish you all a life full of blessings—and plenty of limoncello.
