Jason Evans
I’m a former United States Marine, a single father of two, and a proud member of the Bayside Community Church family in Lakewood Ranch.
Throughout my life, I’ve believed in serving others, working hard, and doing whatever I can to provide for my family. Right now, I’m facing a difficult chapter. An injury has required surgery and has temporarily made it much harder for me to work, provide for my children, and keep up with basic living expenses.
I’m utilizing Helping Hands because I believe in the power of community and in accepting a helping hand when you truly need one. My goal is to get through this recovery, regain my ability to work and provide, and get my family back on solid ground.
I’m incredibly grateful for anyone willing to support us, whether through financial assistance, encouragement, prayer, or simply sharing my story with others. As a Marine, I learned never to leave someone behind. Right now, I’m learning that sometimes you have to allow others to do the same for you.
