Jim Weldon & Family
Jim was diagnosed with ALS on December 19, 2022, and given an average prognosis of just 18 months to live. Defying expectations, he has surpassed that timeline, demonstrating incredible strength and resilience. However, ALS continues to ravage his body. Jim can no longer walk or stand, relying entirely on a Hoyer lift for mobility. He uses a feeding tube for all his nutritional needs and requires assistance with every aspect of daily life.
Around-the-clock care is now essential for Jim, placing an emotional and financial burden on his family. The costs of 24/7 caregiving, specialized medical equipment, and supplies are overwhelming. Despite these challenges, Jim draws strength from his faith, his family, and his friends.
Your contributions will directly support Jim’s around the clock care, ensuring he receives the help he needs. Every donation helps alleviate the financial strain on his family, allowing them to focus on spending precious time with him.
Please keep Jim, his loved ones, and all those battling ALS in your thoughts and prayers. Together, let’s pray for a cure. Thank you for your kindness and generosity.
