John and Jamie McNearney

 Dear Friends and Family,

We are excited to announce that we are expanding our family with a second adoption! We hope to adopt a baby this year and turn our sweet family of three into a family of four! We humbly ask you to join us on this adventure!

God had plans to begin our family early on. Our story began in seventh grade as classmates. We had a lot in common because we both come from large families. Jamie is one of five girls, and Jack is one of five boys. We connected on a deeper level in high school and began a lifelong relationship.

We have a unique story because we have known each other for so long and have grown up together, experiencing many milestones side by side. We have been married for almost ten years and have been through graduations, weddings, career changes, global pandemics and first-time parenting!

After a few years of marriage, we discovered conceiving a child may not happen for us. Little did we know that God was weaving the desire to adopt so seamlessly into our hearts. And now we have one beautiful son through adoption, and we are so excited to continue to grow our family this way.

Many of you were there when we became parents through adoption the first time. Our son, Ozzie, came into our lives almost four years ago, and every step of the way has presented us with many blessings.

Ozzie knows he is loved by many. We would not be where we are without our friends and family. You have prayed for us, encouraged us, and supported us financially, emotionally, spiritually, and beyond! We love you and thank God for our village every day!

Full of hope and faith, we believe God knows our children by name, and we cannot wait to meet them and share life with them!

“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” -Jeremiah 29:11

Thank you for your prayers and support in our journey!

Love, Jamie, Jack, and Ozzie
