“Mark and Meriah Murphy have been married for 9 years and were blessed with a beautiful baby girl in 2013, Lynnley. She was diagnosed with Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalous and had to have fetal surgery before she was born. Due to the scar tissue after having 2 c-sections within 3 months, it made it difficult for Meriah to be able to carry another child. The Murphy’s had always prayed for a big family, but in 2020 that was no longer an option, naturally. This resulted in Mark and Meriah signing up to become foster parents. In February 2021, they were blessed to bring home a baby boy, Brantley, from the hospital. 6 days later, they received the call for a sibling set of girls. When Meriah had asked what the girls names were, they had said Isabella and Mariah. Instantly, Meriah knew this was a God thing and they were meant to take those girls, who were at the time 2 and 4 years old. The Murphy’s have been incredibly blessed with getting to raise these children for the last 2 years and all 3 of them are being adopted!
